The most helpful feature about this software is scheduling meetings. Also, it will give you suggestions for meeting times during the day. For example, if I schedule a 1pm meeting with someone, it gives me an option to choose another time like 7am. This can help save some time since I have to do all the work myself. Sometimes it gets slow when there are too many people waiting in the queue. You need to click the button "Next" multiple times before it shows on the screen what times are available. I wish it had a better design. It's very simple but it does its job well. Scheduling meetings has been simplified.
