The material feels very different in my vacuum than my original Eureka filters (I think my old filter was woven fiber, these replacements have a plastic coating on the fabric). Despite this, my vacuum actually feels twice as strong. I suspect because of the better airflow. Because of this plastic coating, they are actually easier to clean than an old woven filter (less dirt gets into the fibres). -So. Their custom fit is a little less "perfect" than the original (feels a little bigger), it just takes a little more effort to replace the dust cap.
