The ability for you as an agency owner/manager to manage your account from one place makes it easy! And having all of my reports in ONE spot is amazing!! I wish that there was more reporting options available but once we have everything set up how many changes can be made? It's great though because if something needs changed or updated then they are not too far away when needed again.

There has been no issues with this product at all so far- nothing really bad either (which sometimes happens). This software allows me to keep track of every client who comes into contact via social media platforms such as Facebook etc., which helps us monitor their progress over time through analytics tools provided by other services like Google Analytics.
