I am really impressed with this call light system. I ordered it for my elderly and infirm father. He will say he called my mom 8-9 times and she sits around the corner from him and says he never gave her name so I ordered that and put one around his neck and a pager for her given her bag and he saved a life. He's 82 and hard of hearing so he turns the TV on very loud in the common room, she likes to sit in the living room and watch her shows so at least she can hear them now and hear him when he needs them. The distance appears to be around 300ft which is great so they can get some distance from each other (if someone's health is dropping they still like to feel independent even if you have to 'watch' them). . You can choose between a siren sound or a pager ringtone. Mom and I prefer the doorbell, it's not that scary. I think for $50 it gives us peace of mind that my disabled father just has to push a button and we rush in.
