If you own a quality frying pan, this 3M cleaner will become your (or your cleaner's) new best friend. was practically black through years of use (improper cleaning) - now it looks showroom like! Keep in mind that the pan itself is cold pressed steel and therefore requires a completely different type of cleaning than the rest of your parts/surfaces. Let your pan cool first so it's still warm/hot to the touch, but not so hot that you can't get close to it. Then just pour a small amount of white vinegar mixed with water (1:3), it's ok if it sizzles from the heat. Then, using just one pad, thoroughly brush out (steal grains) the pan in one linear motion. If it's hard dirt/grease/rust use a hard protector over the pad. This will fix all your problems. Finally, be sure to buy enough refills - pads and screens wear out after 2 or 3 uses. HAVE FUN!
