Had to find out the hard way by actually trying it. This copper adhesive tape is not real copper. Someone mentioned it's 99.9% copper but it's actually mixed with other metals/materials resulting in poor conductivity. You can use this tape to make a tiny 2 to 4 cell battery pack, but do NOT use it on building a large battery pack more than 18 volt and do NOT use it for high current. Your battery pack will lose connection and lose charge. The metal on this tape is also VERY soft. I don't recommend it for high voltage/current use.
