My little Yorkie is 15 years old and and can't hold it all the time. We use disposable belly wraps but he was always able to roll and wiggle his way out of them. This prevents him from doing that and it is super soft and fits great. It also is open in the back so if he needs to poop when we are away, it doesn't hit the suit! Another issue with the velcro kind that wasn't open in the back. There are a lot of snaps but it's better than the velcro kind that eventually stop sticking.
