Received this and went straight out of the box into the wire divider box. I connected a splitter to my "line-in" cable/internet as well as to my HD cable boxes and cable modem and there was no cable or internet. The existing splitter was returned and cable TV channels and internet reappeared immediately. Simple logic says we have a dead splinter. This may be a good product but I can only rate what I received. It didn't work right away, which is why it currently has as low a rating as possible.
