No silicone! on Fish & Aquatic Pets
I bought this hose because it was said to be silicone and I wanted to use it to dispense a small amount of O-Zone for an aerator. The tube turned white and deteriorated within a few weeks, and the end of the tube did not contain the highly toxic hydrochloric acid and metal-flavored material. It's definitely not silicone!
