Updated 10/11/2019 I have been in contact with this company for several days and they kept telling me they would send replacements. They actually asked me for the order number and photos a couple of times which I sent them the first time they asked me. They sent another photo and then said they couldn't replace it because of the purchase in 2017. I know the problem is with the power adapter that plugs into the wall. I used the verified one which tells me it's the power supply. I used an adapter from my Christmas decorations because it fits the cable coming from the fan. All other power supplies I have for Halloween decorations are too small. I was using one of my Christmas decorations and both the fan and light came on. I also remember this being the same company I bought 3 fuses from in 2017, 2 of which were dead on arrival. Now the last one, I explained to them, I've been using it for two weeks, the holidays are over. We packed and last year we didn't decorate as we kept building. I understand that the guarantee is for a specific time, but they have a template. I have read many posts from others here that this product is still having issues from the last 3 years and earlier. I see their 1 star ratings increasing. That year I had about 8 more explosions, 3 of which were from the same company. The remaining 5 are from another company. When I took this one out and it didn't work, I opened a ticket with the seller. Then it occurred to me, I still had 2 dead people on arrival, which I sent back in 2017. I had no intention of buying more from this company but since I have been shopping for 2 years I have not thought and paid no attention. I bought 8 cans last Monday and found 3 are from this company. I canceled these items immediately. Very glad I did. If I bought it now they would replace it immediately. At that point, with the circumstances I explained to them, I thought they would do something. If all inflatable sellers do this, it's possible the decorations will last a year or less. I'm posting this long message to make others pay attention. The company is gaining reputation and I would definitely not have bought these items in 2017 if their 1 star had been as high as they are now. So there's a clear sign that things are getting worse at this company. Originally posted on October 6th, 2019 I had the same problem as others. Use it once, put it aside for a year and it won't work anymore. Every year we give our best with our decoration. That's the only explosion I've had a problem with, and the only one that has nothing to do with Jemmy. Disappointing to say the least. Neither the fan nor the light comes on. What we didn't like about the device when we first installed it was the poor lighting. Looking at the photos of this thing lit up at night, it seemed to me that all the pumpkins were lit up. You are not. Terrible lighting. I didn't get what I expected based on the photos.
