This product is a piece of junk. It took me two separate charges of 4+ hours to even turn it on, and then when I spent fifteen minutes "set up" the printer kept glowing red and saying there was no paper in the printer. It's loaded correctly, and even after several restarts of the paper mechanism (right side down), it still doesn't recognize that it's set up properly and won't print. Still gives the same route and says no paper. I'll send it back immediately and get a refund. Garbage.
