Thick, well-tailored material, size SMALL
They run VERY small - bought for my daughter who is a US size 7, bought size XL and it barely fits her hips. They are cute and very well made, thick and durable skirt material that I expect will last many washes. It's not as cheap and flimsy as you'd expect from ordering online. I was impressed with the fabric and the quality of the stitching.
