Make great cold coffee
The best way to make cold coffee. You don't soak the coffee in water overnight (gets a bit gross), very clean, great taste. Depending on the beans and the degree of roasting, you get a tea-like coffee or a soft whiskey/cigar. The flavor profile (ha!) changes over the course of a few days of keeping a batch.
