I chose this case to carry the device more vertically on my belt. wireless, unlike some of the other cases I've used. The device was attached to a belt, but when I sat in a chair with large, padded armrests, the phone and case caught on my arm and detached from the rotating clip. At first I couldn't reattach the swivel clamp, rendering the entire unit unusable. I have ordered a replacement and will be more careful when sitting with this phone. I made a few more attempts to reattach the swivel clamp and finally on day 3 I heard a loud click and made sure the clamp was finally back in place. What I did differently was open the clip by holding the clip open with both hands and twisting both the body and sleeve stretchers back while pushing down until the latches eventually returned into place. The replacement item has been delivered and I will keep it as a backup.
