The fastener connecting the lever and diverter is damaged. it didn't attach as much as I twisted the swivel. It was such torture to close everything only to finally not be able to close the last piece. I mean it only closes a tiny bit but the overhead shower is so heavy that it needs to be closed really tight lest the square hole stay in place and fall straight down. Waste of time, effort and money. I will ask for a refund. Another reason I bought this is because the picture shows the square overhead shower is higher than the water outlet, but that doesn't actually happen. Misleading information + inferior materials = don't pay for it. EDIT: Since it doesn't tear, it's very difficult to separate the connectors. I spent a full hour unscrewing it with more success. I don't have time for this anymore. I ship as is. So far this has been my worst experience here on Amazon.
