Smonet's customer service is impressive
I was able to email good instructions on setting up remote real-time monitoring of operations. Step by step registration etc. I was very impressed that my questions were answered in such a timely manner. Everything works as I expected. I haven't bought higher quality cameras, but the picture quality is more than adequate. I will be adding more cameras and have decided to continue working with Smonet products. A warning though. If you don't want to buy a separate hard drive to install yourself, make sure one is included.
