Poor quality on headsets

Poor quality - Headphones stopped working 10 days after the return window closed. In Teams meetings, I could hear other participants, but they couldn't hear me in the middle of a conversation. I had to change the headphones and everything was fine again. Happened several times in different sessions - and I gave up on that set.
