Right choice. About Hand and Power Tools

I usually examine everything I buy. I chose this device for several reasons. Overall durability, price, pocket placement, lid fit, long life in mineral oil, etc. In addition to having enough pockets for my hand tools and side pockets for a medium-length tool, my Home Depot bucket lid fits over it. Maybe not perfect, but good enough. I cut a hole in the top of the back of the lid to allow longer handled tools to slide out with the lid to form a stool with a backrest to sit on. I poured fine sand into the bucket itself and soaked it with mineral oil. You can store rusty tools in there and generally use sand to put your tools in to clean them. It's actually pretty damn heavy, so consider your choices carefully (how deep, how oily, etc.). There's only one real downside: you'll lose your bucket of water! So! I bought a five gallon collapsible bucket that folds up to fit in my side pocket! So you have an all-in-one maintenance/cleaning tool carrier of any length, a stool and a 5-gallon water tank. It can also be easily formatted for fishing. And when you need comfort, just add a memory foam pad to the bucket lid. Instead of fishing with sand soaked in mineral oil, you prefer to fish with cold beer.
