It can hold a good variety of small items. I got these for my husband who takes three different medications during the day and the different colors are perfect for keeping him on track plus he can carry these with him when he goes out. They also hold a good amount of pills and I can easily fit in 12 Advil tablets

- If you have a lot of different pills to organize, the single compartments may not be large enough
