The support team has been very helpful when I had any questions or issues with my account, they are always quick to respond! They have helped me set up multiple drop shipping accounts so there isn't confusion as far what each one does. It's super simple once you know how everything works but if your new - don't worry about all of this stuff at first because like i said its pretty straight forward after looking through some tutorials/videos etc.. You can easily create several different types of websites using these tools (one being Dropship) which helps keep things organized in case someone else wants to use them down the road. We were able to save time by not having another person managing our ecommerce sites, we didn’t need additional people working fulltime just doing admin tasks anymore either since we used their platform instead of setting something ourselves via Wordpress / Woocommerce.
