The ability to track time off taken by employees, as well as manage requests for paid time off via email is easy.

The user interface could be more intuitive but overall I like how it works. It's not perfect, there are some features we'd love (such as taking sick days) where they do not allow you to choose if you want them auto-approved or not so great! We have been able to effectively use this software to help us keep tabs on when our team members take their annual leave and ensure everyone gets enough pay in order to cover upcoming holidays and events.
