The ability to track time off taken by employees, as well as manage requests for paid time off via email is easy. The user interface could be more intuitive but overall I like how it works. The most useful feature is the ability to track multiple leaves at once, which makes it easy for employees to see how much time they've had available and take full advantage of their allotted days every year.
