The most useful feature is the ability to track multiple leaves at once, which makes it easy for employees to see how much time they've had available and take full advantage of their allotted days every year. It's not very intuitive - there are no clear links between tasks or activities in the task list. Also I don't like the way it shows me my availability per day. It does help make keeping tabs and taking holidays easier than ever before. We use this software across our entire organization so having one system allows us to track everything from sick leave to annual leave.
