I like how simple it is to input my time off. There aren't many other programs out there that are as easy to use, especially for small business owners who may not have full-time HR staff or office employees available at their disposal to help them manage benefits in general. It's pretty straightforward but doesn't give you any sort of direction after entering hours/days into the program. This is great if you're self-employed and don't have anyone else helping you with payroll duties and benefits administration. If you do have someone assisting you or working alongside you you might want to consider using another software solution since this one could be too much work without assistance from others around the office. We've been able to track our own hours we spend training new hires so far, including travel time and mileage reimbursement.
