I like how easy it is to use, you don't have to be tech savvy or know much about computers at all! It's very user friendly for anyone who has never used this type of software before. The interface isn't always intuitive but once you get familiar with it, its great! You can also set up multiple users so if one person forgets something they are not alone in their mistake! This helps keep track of time off, make sure people take advantage of paid days off when needed. We were able to see what everyone had taken as well as where each individual was using their vacation time throughout the year. This helped us better plan our vacations because we knew exactly how long someone would need to work from home without taking any time off.
