Terrible aquarium pump and filter design

Terrible design with activated carbon bag for aquarium. The top is not synchronized tight enough to prevent most of the charcoal from coming out. The material it's made of also floats until wet enough to be weighed down, making it easy to tip over. You will need to tie an elastic band around the top to prevent this.
