This keyboard is perfection visually and audibly. It takes 2 AAA batteries and goes into sleep mode after 15 minutes of not being used. It takes about 2-3 seconds to reconnect to whatever you Bluetooth it to after being in sleep mode. The batteries don’t seem to last crazy long. I’ve had this product for 3 days and use it a lot (I’m a full-time college student) and it started lagging horribly today due to low battery.So, if you have ever played Super Mario 64 and ran around aimlessly in the castle, that’s what this keyboard sounds like. I love clicky keys and can’t believe it’s this good of quality for the price point offered!Even though battery life isn’t great for me, I’m still rating this keyboard with 5 starts because I feel like if I wasn’t constantly using it, it would last at least a solid week with the 2 batteries without lagging. I would recommend taking the batteries out when not in use and just re-Bluetooth it to your device. I feel like that may be better than just letting it go into sleep mode.
