Review on Curt Manufacturing 56378 Custom Connector by Russell Wong

Fairly easy installation on a 2012 Honda Odyssey! Some of the instructions were confusing and didn't seem right, but the YouTube video put it all together. The only reason for 4 stars is that it doesn't fully fit my van model as it cannot be installed "outside" the van without widening the existing opening. When removing the factory socket on the inner trunk lining, a hole becomes visible that is too small for a 4-pin connector. You can drill it out a bit more once you're comfortable with it (which will allow you to then tie the connector to your actual hitch receiver for easy access), but other than that, all you have to do is coil up the extra length of wire and store it in your keg. If you want to use it, hang it from the trunk and close the trunk on it. It seems that over time this can damage the weatherproof insulation. It's a good product for the price and value though. Just wanted to find out more about the issue before purchasing and thought it would be helpful to share with other Odyssey owners.
