The sink itself is beautiful and will transform any kitchen. The downside of this sink is the installation and the packaging and handling of this product. Ours arrived in a broken box with a crack and a large chip in the left hand corner of the sink which we assume is due to the way it was handled during shipping. As we had a deadline to complete our kitchen renovation, we proceeded with the installation rather than requesting a replacement, which we regretted. Considering the price of this sink, it had to be treated with care and not damaged. I would recommend purchasing this sink from Lowe's or another physical store so that if something goes wrong with the sink you can have it replaced at the store instead of having to deal with the dilemma of returning it and delaying the install a damaged one. and later regret losing $295. When installing you must be extremely careful with the 12 tiny pre-drilled holes on the 6 platforms around the sink set aside for fasteners as just one turn is too many and the screw heads will break and get stuck in the hole. Overall this is a nice sink but I wouldn't buy it again due to the poor quality control reflected in the cracked and chipped corner which resulted in me throwing $295 down the drain.
