It's not deep enough for most AV receivers so I had to leave the back of a section and can't mount it on a wall. The closed sections are not wide enough for most disc players or DVRs. I should have measured my receiver and checked the dimensions before purchasing. A few more shelves in closed compartments wouldn't hurt. Otherwise it's beautiful and fun to build.
