later OK. I went through all the reviews and a lot of people had the same problem EVEN if you have a PWM fan in the first slot. I had the same annoying problem. I found that you should NOT connect the hub's main connector to the system fan connector, you should connect it to the CPU fan connector. It MUST be plugged into the CPU socket for the hub to control the speed of each fan. Why? I have no idea and it's really stupid that it should work like that. Both my system fan header and CPU fan header support 4-pin PWM, but for some reason using the system fan header only drives one fan, while using the CPU fan header drives ALL fans together . So if you're having trouble, try plugging the controller into a second CPU fan header.
