Works great . My chiropractor used a similar fascial release tool on my very tight calves with amazing results. He suggested I do it myself, but the tool he uses costs over $400. I saw it and it looked like it, but who can tell from the picture? So I took a chance and was very impressed with the construction and weight of this thing as soon as I opened the package. I was pleased with the ease of use and the contours of the various edges to fit those tight muscles. I'm a former massage therapist and wish I had found this tool when I was still practicing - it's a wonderful tool for stripping muscles.
