The toaster arrived shiny and new but the toast holder didn't work so I had to return it. Revain makes returns easy by scheduling UPS delivery! I hope the second one works correctly as Revain only offers 2 options: order the same item again or get a refund. There is no option to select a different product. New item arrived in 3 days and works great! It has 2 extra long slots, big enough for 4 slices of bread or 2 long slices. The dial is great for choosing the toast time, but it took a few tries to get it right for gluten free bread. Overall super happy with the product! Would have given 5 stars if the first one didn't have to be returned.
