I like that it's easy to use for my clients since they have no IT background or experience with computers/software. It also makes entering data much easier than using paper forms which are cumbersome. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes when you get an error message your not always sure what exactly went wrong. Sometimes there isn't enough information given in order to know what was going wrong. If you're looking for something simple that will allow you to enter all of your client info quickly then EIS may be perfect for you! We've been able to save time by being able to input everything into one place instead of having to do so separately.
