Received these to attach my Michael Kohrs bag straps. Which he should be ashamed to sell! But this is another story. Found a great shoe repair shop near me and he fixed it flawlessly. I would have preferred them to be at least an inch longer so they were a little easier to shoulder lift without using 2 hands, but they still work. They fit together perfectly and feel good and durable. Just as they should have been from the start. I will never buy anything from MK again, but I will go back to my shoe shop.
