Review on Chaffree by Arunprasath Elliott

Recently, I made the unfortunate decision to make a purchase from Chaffree, and I can state without hesitation that it was one of the most disappointing interactions I've ever had with an internet retailer. To begin, they have awful customer service. When I emailed them with a query regarding the size of an item, I did not receive a response for several days, and when I did, the information they provided was not very useful. When I finally got my purchase, the garments didn't look anything like they did on the website. I was really disappointed. The quality was appallingly bad, and several of the things had both loose threads and holes in them. It was abundantly evident that the products had a low quality of construction and did not merit the expensive amount that I paid for them. To make matters even worse, when I tried to return the items, I was faced with a ton of hidden fees, and I could only receive a portion of my money back. This made the situation much worse. This firm makes me feel as though I've been taken advantage of, and I would never suggest doing business with them to anyone. Go shopping somewhere else to spare yourself the inconvenience.
