Review on 🧁 Harold Import Silicone Muffin Pan - 12 Cup Size, Durable Non-Stick Baking Tray by Benjamin Chang

I was skeptical about silicone jaws and read bad reviews. I also wasn't sure if the silicone would actually brown my food on the underside. Well today I made some muffin sized egg cups (like personal quiches) and they are PERFECT. They stuck to my old Teflon pan, burned in places and eventually wouldn't come out of the pan. This pan is amazing! The eggs were lightly browned on the bottom and sides, just how I wanted them, they slipped out of the pan easily (no oil was added), and the pan felt cool almost immediately after coming out of the oven, which is a huge plus is. You'll definitely have to put this on a baking sheet if you don't want to smear all over the bottom, but that's a small price to pay for a perfectly cooked and easy-to-remove meal. I can't believe I waited so long to buy this pan! I would have no hesitation in recommending her to a friend.
