Peak power of 1200 W, 2 kW are absolutely not designed.
This thing is top notch with one exception - top performance. The 2kW peak power is literally false advertising. Actual peak power is around 1200 watts. However, it delivers the 1kW rating without any problems and I consider it a good inverter as long as the fake peak power doesn't fool you. Every inverter made by this company has the same problem of incorrect peak power.
