Only 3 out of 4 had working headlights.
Arrived very quickly, no problem fitting it on two old Razor scooters that grandpa and grandpa bought used. They roll well and have a large tread. Unfortunately, one of the wheels is very inconsistent when it chooses to light up. The other 3 light up well every time the wheels spin. So 3/4 working wheels = 1 of 2 happy children. It seemed to work a little better at the end of the first ride, but still worked about half the time.
