So I've been using this other back scraper I bought for about a year which is somewhat similar to this one BUT. the scraper itself simply rotates freely. It was so annoying because it always ended up BACK whenever I tried to scratch my back. So I JUST had to get it on my skin properly and then I could scratch my back. But when I take it away, it starts spinning again. Just not this one! This one is nice and sturdy, so once you get it in the right position it stays there and doesn't turn around easily. so happy with it and mad at myself that it took me so long to finally buy another back scratcher and throw out that old junk. In any case, it goes without saying. I'm very happy with it and have to give it all the 5 stars it deserves :)
