Solid heater! Suitable for fish and aquatic animals
Started with a 200w heater in our 46 gallon cichlid tank and it just couldn't keep up. This 300w heater is perfect! Maintains the water temperature between 1-2 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, although we lower the temperature of the house by about 10 degrees when we leave. The temperature setting is adjustable in 2-degree increments, which is normal for our setup.
