Four stars mainly for comfort. The pods are a little big for my ear, so wearing them for a very long time can be uncomfortable. And also because there were no small rubber sleeves in the kit. I had to buy them separately and they are (IMHO) definitely needed, both for comfort and for not slipping in your ears when you wear them and not sweating during exercise. They are very good for phone calls as the mic on them is very clear and good audio quality on the other end compared to other headphones I've had.
