USB 3.0 and USB C with the added bonus of a micro SD card reader and standard SD. The included power cord is optional if you have an available SATA power connector. Mine was long enough so I just plugged it into my spare SATA power connector. As others have noted, the installation does not completely shut down the system. The power indicator on my case will talk about the light. I found a setting called ErP in my bios. This allows power to be supplied to USB ports etc after power off, allowing devices to be charged. That's why the power light was still on - it showed the USB ports had power. I verified this by plugging in my phone and watching it charge from one of the USB ports even when the system was off. I turned ErP off. This tells the BIOS not to apply power to external ports when power is off. It also disables features like Wake on Keyboard and Wake on Lan. When ErP is disabled, the power indicator turns off when the system shuts down and the USB ports stop receiving power after the shutdown. Why is this happening? This is because when you plug this board into a USB 3.0 port, you're plugging in a logic board that wasn't there before. This logic board (BYEASY front panel) keeps charging off so your systems stay powered on easily. I don't care about the logo.
