WELL; maybe not worth the money (and the blanket is terrible)
After that I found that I really enjoyed sleeping under weighted blankets; but 12 pounds really isn't heavy enough. The weight is evenly distributed and not as warm as I feared such a thick blanket might be. I was going to use it without a cover but as the white cover got dirty I felt I should get a duvet cover. That's the only really unfortunate aspect of the quilt: there aren't enough ties in the cover to hold the quilt in place, and parts of it dangle without the quilt directly in it. But overall I'm happy to sleep with him.
