It looks well built and does what it's supposed to. The problem occurs with "recessed" fittings. In some cases, the recess is not wide enough to accommodate a screw cap and you cannot securely connect to the mirror. Another problem can be that the notch is not deep enough for it to fit fully. Both situations are similar. Can't get a good grip on the faucet. In my case the top fitting worked perfectly when greasing the boom pivot on an excavator and I was delighted. The bottom one, which turned out to be identical, is not very good. The fight was unwinnable. I think the difference in workmanship is only a few thousand. If only the threaded ring were a little smaller in diameter.
