I like that everything is easily accessible. The dashboard makes it easy for me to get all of my reports in one place. Sometimes we have issues where our alerts are not being sent out but then when you go look at them nothing shows up so its hard to determine if your alert was actually received by the recipient or something else happened. We use this software for multiple departments within our company and it really does help us keep track of what needs attention first and helps prioritize things based on severity/needs etc.
