5ft 9in 155-160 lbs. My husband has tried medium and large rashguards. Mids were incredibly tight throughout, but the descent matches the length; The large was still snug but not too bad, the problem is the large is too long and will probably only fit someone who is 6ft tall. In water where you'd be scratching your belly on the reefs I could see the merit, but not ideal for swimming and lounging around the pool or beach. I ended up sending both short sleeve rashguards back. The long sleeve rashguard had a much better fit and I ended up going for the medium one. Worn twice without sunburn.
