I love this fan because it looks good, runs quiet and yet it's a contractor fan " at a great price.Also it works great with Emerson CFMLK4WW 4 spot light with adjustable swing arms.For tight clearance rooms where you want the fan as close to the ceiling as possible, ultra short tracks are available and I have even installed one directly on the ceiling cone of an earlier fan that had the same screw pattern.It has a traditional "spinning" motor design and is therefore not designed to run forever (like the Emerson K-55XL motor fans, although they are still in production) , but it should provide many years of quiet operation at a low cost.
