Wear these items however you like. After about 2 months with the first one on my Garmin S40 I seemed to hit the watch/screen protector *right* where it chipped and broke with a crack running across the screen. Good thing I had some left over in those 2 packs! Set up the second one with the same ease as the first, but I didn't set it up properly and tried to install again. After removing and replacing the protective film, a small bubble remained on the adhesive side. The bubble is minimal and you won't notice it unless you look closely, but it still protects the watch, so I'm happy.
