Our box was damp and covered in black mold. The wooden sticks in the plastic bag were also moldy and almost black. The recipe and instruction booklet was moldy with mold and black dirt on every page. I threw away the wooden skewers and ordered others through Revain as it turns out you can't use it without the wooden skewers. After a thorough cleaning and turning it on, it smells like mold inside, so I'll probably throw it in the trash outside and choke on it, resulting in a very bad experience.
